Aluminium composite panels (also known as Dibond) are the premium choice for professional, long-lasting signage. Two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core create a panel that is remarkably rigid yet lightweight, with a smooth, flat surface that produces exceptional print quality.
Our aluminium composite signs are printed directly onto the panel surface using UV-cured inks that bond to the aluminium and resist fading, scratching, and weather damage. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with a lifespan of 5 to 10 years in exposed outdoor conditions. The panels do not warp, bow, or degrade in rain, frost, or direct sunlight.
Aluminium composite is the material of choice for shop fascia signs, wayfinding panels, site signs, property boards, health and safety signage, and premium exhibition graphics. Panels can be drilled for screw fixing, supplied with adhesive pads for flush mounting, or fitted with stand-off fixings for a floating effect. Available in custom sizes up to 3m x 1.5m.
